Elchemi Education jointly with Paya Lebar Methodist Girls’ Primary and Secondary School will be organizing a comic life workshop cum competition especially for the Infocomm Club primary schools and secondary schools. With the Comic Life Workshop cum Competition, we would like to unveil the hidden artists in our midst. This is an effort to accentuate creativity within the student community. Objective Learn how to create your own comic strip with just a few simple clicks! The competition aims to encourage students to have a creative flair in portraying a theme/topic using comic strips. Competition Information The competition is opened to All Primary Schools and Secondary Schools who are involved in the iDA infocomm Club. The entries are based on teams of no more than 2 students. Schools can send up to 2 teams per school. Topic of the competition will be released on the day of the competition. Students are given an hour to put together their own competition pieces. During the competition, props will be provided at the primary school’s free play area for photo-taking and filming purposes of the required content. Students are advised to bring along a set of PE Attire.
Completed entries should be at least 1 A4 page but no exceeding 2 pages. After the on-the-spot comic life competition, we will showcase and display the completed work on the Infocomm Club (Apple Track) website http://www.elchemi.net/infocommclub. There will be 3 judges representing iDA, Apple and Elchemi. Judges' decision is final. Winners will be announced at 1200hrs at the Prize Presentation. Judging Citeria
