Conducted every Wednesday afternoon in November, these two-hour workshops will showcase the various skills that you will need to become a Digital DJ.

Avant Garde Workshops
This workshop will teach you how to create music using everyday items and even iPod Touch or the iPhone. We will also show you how to create your Avant Garde piece via a visual medium using iMovie or Final Cut Pro.
This workshop is open to primary school, secondary school and junior college students.

Digital Music Bootcamps
Do you need a more focused or concentrated programme? We have bootcamps that can be conducted directly in your school or at our partner venues. You can choose from the different categories (Avant Garde | Digital DJ | Digital Music) or Elchemi Education can customize a programme for your students. Advance booking is required.

Showcase
Digital DJ Mixing Showcase
Wednesday afternoons in November there will be open to students to sign up for a
Digital DJ workshop that will showcase the skills and tricks that students will learn
when they sign up.
During the workshop, the trainers will audition participants for the ability to perform, and will be able to put up a showcase of about 4-6 students at the launch of the Media Fiesta 2010 as one of the fringe activities/events.

Prize Presentation
There will be three prizes and trophies per categories for the
National Schools' Digital Music Competition. The prize presentation will be held in March 2010. Date and venue will be announced at a later date. The prize presentation will be one of the fringe activities during the Media Fiesta 2010.
