Rules

• Students can only participate and be represented once.
• All elements in the video/audio clips must not infringe any copyrights laws.
• In event that there are insufficient contestants in a specific category, the organizers have the right to merge contestants in other categories that is deemed suitable.
• Judges decision is final.

The Competitions

The Digital Music Carnival will span from 1st November 2009 to 31st March 2010. This event is open to all primary and secondary schools as well as tetiary institutions.
The closing date for submission is 1st March 2010.
